How to build a routine from scratch
Start with a cleanser, a toner, a moisturizer, and SPF — those four cover 80% of skincare. Add one serum based on your concern (vitamin C for brightness, hyaluronic acid for hydration, retinol for aging). Use that for 8 weeks. Then add more if needed. More products is rarely the answer.
